Even though the country of Spain is a Hague country, they still have special requirements, especially for academic documents. Transcripts and diplomas must be translated by a Sworn Translator that has been approved by the Spain Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Keep in mind that "Sworn Translations" and "Certified Translations" are not the same. Be sure that you obtain the correct type of translation when required by the receiving country.
