Our personalized consultant services are rendered free of charge for all documents entrusted with us for authentication. We will share our expertise in assisting you to have your documents properly prepared with the required signatures and supporting documentation in order to prevent unnecessary delays in processing and rejections by state, federal and embassy authorities. We personally present your docs to all embassies located in Los Angeles for legalization when required.

Our goal is to have your documents correctly authenticated and returned to you as soon as possible. Documents requiring only the California Apostille are returned to you by hand in 2-3 business days unless our 24 hour emergency processing is requested.

Documents requiring Same-Day (24 hour) processing must be picked up before 9:30 AM.

You never need to be concerned about the status of your documents. You documents are usually always delivered when promised. In the rare occasion of a delay, you will be informed immediately and given an updated delivery time.
